Approval Process
TOTUS can be configured to provide a workflow-based approval queue, enabling you to ensure that any or all communications are being utilized as you intend.

Order Level Approvals
With order level approvals, you can identify groups of users whose orders you wish to approve before they are processed, or you can specify a dollar amount above which an order requires approval.

Document Level Approvals
With document level approvals, you can set the conditions under which a document can be used without approval and those which require it (e.g., when a user modifies the document’s content).
