Budget Management
TOTUS gives you flexible and absolute control over your communications budget. Allocate funds by user, user group, communication categories, and more. Enable trusted users to operate without budget limits, and utilize credit card purchases if you wish. You control the funds, define the budget periods, and maintain total visibility of all expenditures.
Single Budget Account
TOTUS allows you to set up budget accounts for individuals or groups of users. The budget is a dollar amount that can be spent by the TOTUS user or user group during a time period defined by the budget administrator. When a user’s limit is reached, they will not be able to send communications (that carry costs) until the next budget period or until the administrator allocates more funds to their account.
Multiple Budget Accounts
Some businesses require segregation of budgets by operating company, business line, or product group. TOTUS allows you to create separate budget limits for different groups of communications by defining multiple Purchasing Categories. Communications in your library are aligned with these Purchasing Categories, and individual or group budgets can be set to include as many or as few categories as needed.
No Budget Constraint
TOTUS does not require you to set budgets for every user – so you can enable unlimited purchases by your trusted users.
Credit Card Purchases
You can allow all users to send unlimited email, download files, and other no cost communications. However, when they want to send printed pieces or fulfillment items, they can be prompted to use a personal or business credit card. TOTUS uses PCI compliant credit processing. Refunds are also accommodated with this TOTUS feature and will be issued upon request.
