These materials are then printed by a commercial digital print vendor to ensure the desired quality and mailed directly to you, your customer, or your prospect.

HTML E-MAIL
With e-mail becoming a more prevalent means of communication, you can deliver all material in the collateral library via HTML e-mail directly to your customer. Because e-mail is a fully integrated part of TOTUS, it’s easy to create and send. Your customer’s/prospect’s communication preferences are stored in TOTUS, making your electronic communications even more effective.

FEDEX OFFICE CONNECT
TOTUS now offers direct integration with FedEx Office as a communication channel. This integration allows TOTUS users to create and personalize documents in TOTUS, and then seamlessly send to their preferred FedEx Office location for print/pick-up. Users will be able to pick up their orders in a matter of hours versus having it delivered in days.

INTERACTIVE PDF
Interactive PDF’s are a powerful technology that combines sleek marketing appeal with detailed information. The technology gives viewers the ability to learn in depth information about your product while allowing them to navigate the information at their own speed. It communicates in a clear, new and engaging way, combining clickable links within an interactive map of information. Interactive PDF’s are viewable by most users with the free Adobe Reader Application.

Presentation Builder
TOTUS allows users to build dynamic PowerPoint presentations with a few easy steps. Slides are chosen by the marketing team and uploaded to the site as single slides or a stack of slides for customization and consumption by TOTUS users. Users can select as many or as few slides as they want, customize the slides to specific client needs, set the order of the slides by dragging and dropping and finally download the presentation as a PowerPoint file or PDF to deliver to the client. Allowing users to customize canned company presentations is a great way to allow users to target their specific customers.
